___________
This is a client who has a clear vision of what she wants for her diamond. This customer recently discovered some promotional gemstones on the Fiorese Jewelry website, and a few princess-cut stones particularly caught her eye. She had a very specific design requirement: a split shank ring with symmetrical splits adorned with pavé diamonds, transitioning into a hidden halo design.
Although she found many inspiration images that were close to her idea, none perfectly matched her vision. So she sent about 12 images to Sonia, Fiorese's account representative. Sonia was very patient in helping her, discussing with her picture by picture to determine her favourite design, and finally gave her a preliminary quote based on the identified options.
Since she couldn't find the perfect image, she decided to sketch a rough draft herself to help the Fiorese team better understand her concept. Just two days later, Fiorese provided an initial CAD design that perfectly matched her vision. After quickly recoloring it on her iPad, she decided to change the design from the original PT material to gold.
From the first contact to finalizing the design, it took only 4 days. She was very satisfied with Fiorese's assistance, finding the whole process enjoyable. She eagerly anticipates the final product and is thrilled that Fiorese could capture her idea so accurately.
Fiorese presents a stunning example of modern jewelry design with this exquisite ring, meticulously crafted to capture both elegance and sophistication. Below, we delve into the key features that make this ring a true masterpiece.
Material and Main Stone:
This ring is crafted from 8.5 grams of PT950 platinum, known for its luster and durability, making it an ideal material for high-end jewelry. The main stone is a 1.34-carat gray princess-cut lab-grown diamond. Gray diamonds have become increasingly popular in recent years for their unique and understated luxury.
Design Details:
The ring features a split shank band with eight 1.2mm round lab-grown diamonds set into the split arms, adding brilliance and depth. This design not only enhances the ring's beauty but also highlights the main stone, creating a visual focal point. Each side of the ring is adorned with a 4mm x 2mm marquise-cut lab-grown diamond, whose unique cut allows for richer light refraction.
Trendy Elements:
Gray diamonds and marquise-cut diamonds are popular trends in jewelry design. The former is prized for its unique color, as exemplified by brands like Tiffany & Co., which have showcased the distinctive beauty of gray diamonds in recent collections. Celebrities such as Jessica Alba and Sarah Jessica Parker have also been seen wearing gray diamond jewelry. Marquise-cut diamonds are favored for their unique cut and optical effects. Split shank band designs are another modern trend, combining beauty and comfort. For example, Harry Winston often incorporates hidden halos and split shanks in their luxurious and elaborate designs.
Incorporating gray diamonds, marquise cuts, and split shank band designs, this Fiorese ring epitomizes modern elegance and sophistication. It not only captures the distinctive beauty and innovative design elements that are highly sought after in contemporary jewelry but also reflects Fiorese's commitment to high-end craftsmanship, making it a perfect choice for those who appreciate both tradition and modernity in their jewelry.
