Design experience with Fiorese
·Just wanted to share the great experience I had so far working with Sonia!
I saw the sale going on at Fiorese and a couple of the stones caught my eye - I ended up selecting a princess cut stone.
I found lots of close-ish inspo pics, but struggled to find a good example of exactly what I was looking for - a split shank band where one pair of opposites have pave and transition into a hidden halo.
I probably sent about a dozen images to Sonia, and she was really patient and helpful - she ended up using the various images I sent her to generate an initial quote of what the setting might cost.
Ultimately I couldn’t find a great pic of what I wanted, so I made a rough attempt at drawing it out in case the team at Fiorese could see what I had in mind. Within two days, they got back to me with an initial CAD - and it was exactly what I was going for in my head! A quick recolor on my iPad and I decided that I’d rather go with gold for this design instead of the PT I originally asked for.
First contact to finalizing the design was just 4 days altogether - I’m really happy with the way Sonia and Fiorese helped me capture the idea I was imagining so well! Going through the process was a lot of fun. I’m excited to see how this one turns out!
